Rim Polymers Industries Pte Ltd participated in this year April UTECH Mexico PU event – Booth number 215.

During the Exhibition, Our General Manager Mr Steven Hoong has presented a seminar paper on –“Green Equipment for the Insulation Foam Sector to eliminate the use of CFC& HFC and Turnkey System for the Automotive Polyurethane product application”.

A lot of interest & enquiries were generated after the speech, and the exhibition is considered a great success. It is the first time Rim Polymers Ltd has ventured Mexico Market through trade show.

In fact, Rim Polymers has made several new breakthrough & development in its family of PU processing equipment. They are used in various industries such as refrigerator, automotive interior parts, external wall & energy saving building panel, solar water heater etc. It presented the following new development to the trade visitors:

It has a new invention: i.e. GMA patented 5-components mixing system that allow user to mix up to 4 different types of environmental friendly blowing agents at different combination with raw polyol. This invention, which obtained patent number from USA last year, allow users to formulate their own blended polyol that will give them better insulation performance and yet yield the most economical total operation cost. Such invention is building on the successes of its 2-components, 3-components and 4-components mixing systems which have obtained great response from the refrigerator and freezer industries.

Rim Polymers Patented Premix and Foaming equipment are designed to meet & exceed all industrial eco-regulations, leading to substantial cost-saving for our clients, in the global phasing out of HFC. Rim Polymers ‘Green Technology & Solutions’ has enabled our clients to derive vast cost benefits in their production with enhanced foam properties & mixing quality!

During the Exhibition, many enquiries relating to Automotive PU interior parts production equiment & plants were received. Rim Polymers foresee this growing market will be opened up in near future.
