1) Job Title:  Asst Technical Sales Manager (North America, Japan & Korea Markets)
    Location: Singapore

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will execute sales & marketing activities according to sales plan in North America, Japan and South Korea markets for the company’s range of polyurethane (PU) metering machines and equipment.  He will also provide pre and after-sales technical support to customers in North America.


Key Responsibilities

  • To develop new customers in North America, Japan and South Korea markets for targeted industries.
  • Handle pre and post-sales account management & technical support, attending to sales enquiries, generate and present quotations.
  • Develop and executing sales strategies/product penetration plans to meet sales/business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with key customers & decision-makers.
  • To be always ready to attend to technical matters raised by our clients and to proactively provide assistance and practical solutions.
  • Develop distributors and channel partners in the target markets.
  • Work closely with GM & technical team to identify the emerging trends and the relevant technologies to meet the requirements of these trends.

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering, business, marketing or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Self-driven, business savvy, strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and strategic in thinking
  • Adaptable to work in a complex work environment
  • At least 3 years of sales & technical support experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ideal candidates would be those who have worked for PU equipment makers.
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Culturally savvy
  • Willing to travel frequently and extensively in the USA and other markets

2) Job Title : Assistant Technical Sales Manager
    Location: Malaysia | 60, Jalan USJ10/1B, 47620 UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor KL

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the Global Sales Manager in Singapore, the incumbent will execute sales & marketing activities in Malaysia and Indonesia for the company’s range of polyurethane (PU) metering machines and equipment. He will also provide pre and after-sales technical support to customers.
  • To develop new customers in Malaysia and Indonesia for targeted industries.
  • Handle pre and post-sales account management & technical support, attending to sales enquiries, generate and present quotations.
  • Develop and executing sales strategies/product penetration plans to meet sales/business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with key customers & decision-makers.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Works well in a diverse environment (multiple countries and matrix reporting)
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel in Malaysia and Indonesia
  • A good level of computer literacy

3) Job Title : Sales Manager
    Location : Tianjin | China

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will execute sales & marketing activities according to sales plan of assigned territories for the company’s range of polyurethane (PU) metering machines and equipment.
  • To develop new customers in the China markets for cold-chain industries such as refrigerator manufacturing, cold room panel manufacturing, cold storage solutions & engineering companies.
  • Handle pre and post-sales account management, attending to sales enquiries, generate and present quotations
  • Develop and executing sales strategies/product penetration plans to meet sales/business objectives in terms of revenue, margin and market share
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long term relationships with key customers & decision-makers
  • Work closely with GM & technical team to identify the emerging trends and the relevant technologies to meet the requirements of these trends.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Self-driven, business savvy, strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and strategic in thinking
  • Adaptable to work in a complex work environment
  • At least 5 years of regional sales experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ideal candidates would be those who have worked for PU equipment makers
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Willing to travel extensively in China
  • Ability to communicate in English written and verbal is preferred
