Supporting our client during a crisis


One of our clients in Indonesia experienced a natural disaster (flooding) that severely damaged his machines, rendering his production to almost a complete halt. When informed of this news, RIM Polymers immediately sent our experienced technical staff on site to diagnose and conduct repairs to allow the client to claim insurance for his machines in time. Thankfully, the client was able to claim insurance and our team even managed to salvage some machines to remain in working condition, much to the client’s delight who was very satisfied with our level of support.
