1) Job Title: Service Engineer (Regional)
Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation, commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of PU foam dispensing machines including mold carrier, panel press and other conveyor system.
• Liaise and work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure best solutions are identified and problems are solved with minimum supervision.
• Liaise with head office for information and status of the ongoing projects.
• Sourcing for new suppliers/ contractors required for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth start up, work closely with the customer and to get acceptance signature.
• Provide feedback to engineering and service dept to reduce parts replacement, shorten the installation time and meeting customer satisfaction.
• Conduct user training for end-customers.

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Able to read and understand electrical / hydraulic / pneumatics schematics drawings.
• Knowledge and experience in PLC programming an added advantage.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Frequent overseas travel is required.
