Rim Polymers Displayed Patented Premix Competency At UTech NA

Leading global partner for polyurethane solutions, Rim Polymers Industries Pte Ltd, will be exhibiting alongside his sister com- pany, International Pumps Manufacturing Inc (IPM), at the UTECH North America international exhibition and strategic confer- ence, held at the Charlotte Convention Centre, North Carolina, USA from 6-7 April 2016, hall C2, booth 200.

At this exhibition, Rim Polymers will be displaying their patented premix machines. In addition, Rim Polymers’ General Manger, Mr Steven Hoong, will be one of the speakers at the conference. Hoong on the topic of “On Line Premix Technology “ which covers the vast benefits and solutions the system will provide in order to compete in the appliances industries which have propel the industries to innovate and create a platform for Co-Blowing agent system.

In addition, one of the highlight that RIM & IPM will be show-casing will be a brand new IBC chemical auto transfer system which helps factory operator to spend minimum effort in IBC chemical monitoring. It incorporates chemical temperature control & reducing foam product reject and down time. It also greatly increases the overall production efficiency. Showcasing alongside was IPM’s specially designed drum mixer. With 3 layers of blades of different diameters, the drum mixer enables the fluids to be well mixed.
